Lucy began Irish Dancing when she was 3 years old. By age 4 she rose to the Prizewinner level in competitive Irish dance and had danced in numerous performances throughout Los Angeles, including a solo performance during a half-time show at the Staples Center. In February, 2013, Lucy Rose placed 15th at the All Scotland Championships in the Under 8 division, and was thrilled to dance on the stage at the The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Upon her return, she moved into the Open Championship level, the highest level in competitive Irish Dance. Lucy came in Top Ten, placing 9th in the Under 8 division at the North American Championships this summer, and is currently training for the U.S. Western Regional Championships. She truly loves to dance on and off the stage, as well as creating art projects, reading, acting silly and having fashion shows with her friends and two sisters Ruby and Lexy, who also dance. Lucy Rose is honored to be a part of the “An Irish Christmas” family!
